GENESIS MEDICAL PROGRAM
At Genesis Direct we provide a PPO system that gives the option of two PPOs. There are over 500,000 providers nationwide and basically all medical services are available, office visits, tests, x-rays, emergency rooms, surgeries, specialists and more.
At Genesis we have excellent customer service that provides fee and service negotiation, patient advocacy, plus acts as the monitoring, tracking, reporting and re-pricing agency. WE RE-PRICE MEDICAL BILLS!
Genesis also provides a Patient Advocacy program and National Hospital program where you can ask a representative to contact providers in the network, pre-certify that the Physician/Facility office understands that they are part of the health network, that they agree to accept our program and make sure that the provider knows how to re-price the bill.
Participating providers are screened by a team of professionals and must pass strict criteria prior to joining the network.
All providers are licensed and credentialed. There is no paperwork to complete and no limit to the number of visits you can make to your providers. All pre-existing conditions are accepted!
